Court locks on KRK's mouth, will no longer be able to tweet about Nikhil Dwivedi

Nikhil Dwivedi has said in court that Kamal Rashid Khan i.e. KRK has made baseless and derogatory statements against him and his company. Nikhil has said that earlier he had ignored the posts of KRK. But KRK once again posted derogatory talks about Nikhil in January. After that Bombay high court Has now given the verdict in favor of Nikhil Dwivedi, saying that KRK will no longer post any kind of post against Nikhil.

Nikhil Dwivedi’s lawyer Karthikeya Desai said that his client had filed a complaint against KRK for posting derogatory tweets and YouTube videos. In these tweets and videos, KRK made baseless allegations using quite objectionable language. The court, while granting interim relief to Nikhil, has banned KRK from making any statement, tweeting or posting the video. Even if KRK still posts any derogatory statement, tweet or video, it will be considered contempt of court.

By the way, Nikhil Dwivedi is not the only Bollywood celebrity who has filed a complaint against KRK. Earlier, Aamir Khan and Vikram Bhatt have also complained to KRK for posting insulting and baseless things on social media.
