Gemini Ganesanum Suruli Rajanum is named as the biggest lover on the Tamil screen and has the title value of a popular comedian, but a tiring watch. The film is about a boy, Gemini Ganesan (Atharva Murali), a modern day hal kathal mannan ‘and his home during his school and college days.
The film debuts in Madurai by Mithun Ganesan to track down his former lovers and invite them to his wedding! He meets a local man with a comic character Suruli Rajan (Soori) and the two try to locate the girls, who are revealed through flashbacks.

The film is basically a retrograde anti-modern version of the Charon classic autograph. The film tries to be a rom-com, but ends as a half-cooked low-brow crass comedy, which is beyond a point. Imman’s music is the only silver lining in the film, though he comes in as a speed breaker.
Gemini Ganesan’s love interest Lavanya (Regina Cassandra) Devi (Aditi), Priya (Pranitha) and Pooja (Aishwarya Rajesh) are all interesting characters, but the director’s script disappointed her. Suspense and twist, which four girls he will marry, the audience can easily guess. There is no change with a forecast or a climax, with the protagonist stating that his further love will be revealed in a sequel!
