Kingdom season 3 latest update
According to a study by entertainment portal Screen Rant, there is good news for Indian fans of Netflix’s Korean zombie tale Kingdom, whose third season is likely to hit screens soon in 2021. In March 2020, when it was released, the second season of Kingdom was among the Indian Top 10 shows.
According to the service, viewership for Korean dramas on Netflix in India jumped a huge 370 percent year-on-year in 2020. Besides Kingdom, The King: Eternal Ruler, It’s Okay to Not Be Okay, and Start-up were some of the most famous K-titles in India.
Content from South Korea has been gradually taken up by Indians. It is obvious from the investment companies that these crisp and exciting shows and movies have struck a chord with viewers.
Direct-to-home service provider Dish TV India Ltd announced last year the launch of a new product to be available on the DishTV and D2H platforms, Korean Drama Active.
Media experts say Korean material, especially among millennials, has attracted great interest because Indian youth can relate to the situations and narratives they explore. The cultural similarities between the two countries are very intriguing.
